The Festival, which has been taking place in Yekaterinburg for five years already, is the only venue, designed for inclusive creative teams from Russia and the CIS, where people with visual, hearing and locomotor impairments, autistic persons and people with Down’s syndrome and other mentally challenged participants can present the fruits of long years of their creative endeavor and get a reward for this hard work in the scope of visual skills, art of dancing and music, and in dramatic art.
The event organizer – the non-commercial organization “Blagoe Delo» - has already received 75 applications from 49 teams to participate in the Festival. Creative teams from Uzbekistan, Belarus, Lugansk People’s Republic, from 16 regions of Russia: Perm Territory, Chelyabinskaya, Penzenskaya, Leningradskaya, Voronezhskaya and Saratovskaya regions, Udmurtia, Khanty-Mansi autonomous district, etc. – are eager to come to Yekaterinburg and join this spectacular event.

The call for applications is spinning up. Due to the pandemic we had to postpone the Festival from May to November. The timelines and stages have shifted. The registration started not long ago and there are 75 applications already. “We were worried that restrictive measures would bring their own adjustments, but... creative teams from other regions and other countries, are looking forward to the Festival !” – comments the Director of the Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization (ANO) “Blagoe Delo”.
Applications for participation in the Festival will be accepted until September, 15. To confirm your participation please fill in an application on the Festival website https://inclusiveart.ru/. Please attach the link to the creative inclusive team’s performance to your application. The selection committee will hold the Festival participation contest with the results to be announced by October, 20.
Catch your chance to take part in the online contest in the following aspects: stage and recitation, choreography, vocal and instrumental performance, original genre, visual art, and also in a special nomination for team leaders and experts “Masters of inclusion”. Inclusive contest is open to creative couples and groups with participants with and without disabilities aged 14 and over. The winners will take part in the Festival Gala concerts.
The 4th International Festival “INCLUSIVE ART» will be held with the support of the Ministry of Social Policy and the Ministry of Culture of the Sverdlovsk region.
